Welcome to Preschool!
First Baptist Nursery School is an outreach program of the First Baptist Church of Norristown. We are incredibly blessed to be able to provide quality teaching, spiritual engagement, and a loving environment to the children and families within our community at a low cost. We offer three classes for children: pre-three-year-old classes, three-year-old classes, and a four-year-old class. Classes are daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but we also offer a special Lunch Bunch program where children can stay until 2:00 PM to socialize and eat a packed lunch.
Registration for preschool is easy! Simply download the form by using the button above, then send the completed copy to firstbaptist4s@gmail.com or mail the form to the church office at 445 Burnside Avenue, Eagleville, PA 19403. We can't wait to meet you and your little one!
Preschool Classes
PRE-THREES: In the pre-three-year-old class, students will practice socialization, following directions, and name recognition. They also will be introduced to basic coloring and cutting. In order to qualify for the pre-three class, the student must be two years and seven months old by August 31 of the upcoming school year. Pre-three students attend class twice a week.
THREES: In the three-year-old class, students will learn to identify colors and shapes, and practice using scissors, counting, name recognition, and printing. Three-year-olds can attend class two or three days per week. Please note that all students must be potty trained.
FOURS: The four-year-old class is all about kindergarten readiness. The students will review colors and shapes, identify and print the letters of the alphabet, print their names, identify and print numbers 1-20, and much more! The four-year-old class is held Monday through Thursday.
