Here at First Baptist Church, we love to bring God glory through praise and worship. Music is a central part of our Sunday mornings. We believe through music, we connect with God and allow Him to reaffirm His love for us. We consider music a means of prayer as well, as we allow lyrics and instruments to communicate what He most wants us to hear from Him. Our music minister prayerfully selects our worship music each week. Though we worship with old hymns as well as contemporary music, we believe God uses both to encourage and remind us of how He loves us. In our music ministry, we encourage anyone musically gifted who feels called, to join our Praise Team. Each Sunday morning our Praise Team leads us in joyful worship, uniting us as a church family. We also encourage those interested in music to play an instrument or sing for holidays
and special occasions. Let us sing a song to the Lord together!
