First Baptist Nursery School was started in 1979 as a community outreach program of the First Baptist Church of Norristown. The Nursery School Committee oversees its operation along with a Nursery Advisory Committee composed of staff, parents, and
church representatives.
Parent Info
Parents are encouraged to participate in several ways. Transportation on field trips, providing occasional snacks, classroom volunteers, and parent representatives on the Nursery School Advisory Committee.
In September, parents and children who are new to our program have a scheduled conference to orient them to our spacious facility and to meet our staff. The school year runs from September through May. An optional summer camp is available on a first come first serve basis.
